Christmas in Stara Zagora

It is Christmas time in Stara Zagora and Margie busily took Pampers, gifts and baby food to the women at Rodelnia Dom (the birthing hospital). The young mothers were really touched by this gesture of love-especially since it was done on Christmas Day.
Marissa played her flute for the new moms at the hospital as Toshko, Kris and Yoana sang for everyone there.

Keith did special Christmas lessons for the kids at Pastor Sasho's Turkish Roma (gypsy) church in Nova Zagora, Pastor Toma's church in Pammukchii and Pastor Ismail's church in Tulovo.
The kids loved the explanation of Jesus birth as well as the special flashlight effects for the Star of Bethlehem. This is not to mention all of the special local, healthy, veggie goodies distributed to 'em! Well, maybe not...we're talking sugar and salt city here, friends.

So, tonight it is New Year's Eve and we are loaded up with enough fireworks to destroy a small impoverished nation and goodies to celebrate at the Brezovi's house. With at least 20 friends and family there it will be a blast.
And...this isn't to mention visiting friends as well as neighbors will go on till at least 05:00 as it is a great Bulgarian tradition! Please BYO No-Doz...
Chestita Nova Godina za vas!
